findmyKOL is an open, search-first directory of pharma key opinion leaders (KOLs): the physicians and researchers who run the trials, publish the papers and hold the grants in a therapeutic area. Profiles are built from the public record, matched to the right person, and every public number is cited to its source.

From public sources: U.S. federal registries — NPPES, ClinicalTrials.gov, CMS Open Payments, NIH RePORTER and PubMed — plus ORCID and OpenAlex, enriched from the open web by our AI research agents. Every number on a public profile names the source it came from.

Every record is anchored to concrete identifiers where they exist — ORCID for the research identity, NPI for the clinical one — and otherwise attributed only when independent evidence such as affiliation, geography and field of work corroborates the match. When the evidence falls short, we leave the record off rather than guess: we fail toward a missing fact over a misattributed one.

Profiles are rebuilt from the source registries on a rolling basis, and agent-gathered records are re-checked over time. Each fact carries its own provenance — the source it came from and when we collected it — so you can judge freshness per record instead of trusting a site-wide claim.

Yes. Pro accounts include ten enrichment requests a month: our AI agents build a Basic profile into a full, enriched one. Completed profiles are shared, so if a KOL has already been enriched, opening that profile doesn't spend a request.

No. Payments are reported publicly to CMS under the Open Payments program; their existence does not imply wrongdoing, and CMS does not interpret these data. We hold the same line: public pages describe what the record shows — counts, companies, program years — and never editorialize.
